Users who have not completed their profile cannot :

• register for YUMS

• create YUMS

• view posts

• view other users' profiles

• send messages

• write comments

When you complete your profile, we ask for a photo of your ID as well as a photo of you holding this ID. This data is verified and validated manually by a restricted team of authorized personnel.

Despite these precautions, here are our recommendations:

• Do not publish personal information in posts or messages

• Users can only write to you once you've published a YUM and they wish to register.

• If a user makes inappropriate comments, there's a “report” button in their profile

• The YUM address is accessible on your YUM page only 8 hours before the YUM and only for registered users!

• If a user has no reviews yet, and you don't have another guest 2 days before the YUM, feel free to cancel your YUM.

• If you are the only guest for a YUM created by a user who has no reviews yet, feel free to cancel your registration (the number of validated guests is shown on the YUM page).

• If a user for whom you've accepted registration and who has paid shows inappropriate behavior, you can go to their profile and block them. They will no longer have access to your YUM and therefore to the YUM address, and will be automatically reported to us. They will be reimbursed.

• You can send us a message at any time (profile/send a message to support).
